Colorado Challenge League

The Colorado Rockies Wheelchair Softball team is challenging any able-bodied softball team to a game of wheelchair softball at Coors Field Parking Lot B-6 located off of 27th and Blake Street.

Wheelchairs, equipment, instruction and excitement will be provided.

Wheelchair softball is a fun and exciting adaptive form of America’s Greatest Pastime and follows the same rules as set forth by the ASA with a few exceptions geared to the wheelchair user.  Double plays, homeruns and fast action are very much as part of the game as in able-bodied softball.

The Colorado Rockies Wheelchair Softball team is affiliated with the Colorado Rockies Major League Baseball Club and wears the same logo with pride.  It is the only program of its kind in the region and we need other teams to play against to prepare for the National Wheelchair Softball Tournament held in Councul Bluffs, IA this August.

We challenge you to a Thursday night or Sunday day game this summer.
